we are looking for an inverstor, who is interested to buy a laundry in the north-east part of Germany.
Our customers (from Insel Usedom, Rügen, Darß und Rostock) are hotels, residential care homes for seniors and person with handicap, restaurants, healthcare etc.
It´s something about 150 firms.

The technology that we use is provided by Kannegießer. That allows to prepare about 135 t of products
Annual sales: about 6 mio Euro
Area/developed plots: 22.000 m inkl. building capacity
This sales is a result of retirement age of the Seller.
