Conference and banquet centre is composed of three connected buildings with a total usable area of 4500 m2.
It has a hotel with 42 rooms and 8 suites. Equipment meets the standards of a four star hotel.
The Centre has four conference rooms:
1 – with an area of 900 m2 which can accommodate 700 people,
2 – an area of 600 m2 for 250 people,
3 – an area of 250 m2 for 100 people.
The conference rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a professional sound system and multimedia facilities, moreover, the largest conference room has a professional wooden dance floor. The Centre also includes the Orangery restaurant with an area of 250 m2 which can accommodate 100 people, it has its own independent kitchen. The Orangery can, if necessary, serve as the fourth conference room. Next to the Orangery there is a Lobby Bar with an area of 220 m2. The Centre also has a fully equipped Kitchen with an area of 600 m2, which may issue 1500 meals per day.
Office facilities provides six rooms with a total usable area of 400 m2. Parking can accommodate approximately 200 cars. Property has its own transformer station (400kW), city water and gas connection.
